3rd Street Pipeline Replacement Project
The 3rd Street Pipeline Replacement Project is an important part of LADWP’s plan to accelerate the replacement of aging infrastructure. The new pipe will use earthquake-resistant ductile iron pipe to improve water service, fire protection and reliability for the community during emergencies. This replacement project will provide greater flexibility and enhanced overall reliability for customers in the community.

99th Street Water Treatment Plant Project
LADWP will construct the 99th Street Water Treatment Plant in South Los Angeles to provide chloramine treatment to the groundwater supply distributed by the 99th Street Wells Pumping Station Complex.

Arlington Heights Main Line Replacement Project
The Arlington Heights Main Line Project is an important part of LADWP’s plan to accelerate the pace of replacing aging infrastructure. The existing pipeline will be replaced with a 6-inch, 8-inch and a 12-inch mainline to improve the water infrastructure in the area and ensure reliability.

Barham Mainline Improvement Project
The Barham Mainline Improvement Project will install 2,853 feet of 20-inch mainline pipe along a section of Barham Blvd. from just south of Craig Dr. to just south of Lakeside Plaza Dr. Additional fire services will be installed.

Broadway Mainline Replacement Project
The Broadway Mainline Project is an important part of LADWP’s plan to accelerate the pace of replacing aging infrastructure. The new mainline will provide several benefits, including improved water service, enhanced fire protection for the community, and greater reliability and operational flexibility for LADWP.

Garvanza Pump Station Replacement Project Preparation
The Garvanza Pump Station built in 1909 is an aging water facility located in Highland Park. LADWP plans to upgrade and replace the facility in the future.
