Get help enrolling in financial assistance programs with our bilingual representatives at Crenshaw, Watts and North Hills Customer Service Centers on February 24; March 9 and 23.  

For specific zip codes, PACE at Crenshaw & Watts and Maravilla Foundation at North Hills will be enrolling customers for up to $18,000 in State bill assistance.
