About LA Connect
LADWP is advancing customer service efficiency with the creation of centralized online and in person facilities where customers can come for power and/or water new business, services for Key Accounts, encroachments, filming permits, and other public counter needs. These facilities will streamline service processes and promote transparency and accountability through improved data management, increased project support and leverage technology for better service delivery.
LADWP aims to open the first LA Connect physical location at 221 N. Figueroa Street in the first quarter of 2025, creating a shared campus with L.A. Department of Building and Safety and L.A. City Planning.
