• Must be listed on the DesignLights Consortium’s (DLC) Horticultural Qualified Products List (QPL) to qualify
  • Equipment must meet or exceed all applicable DLC Horticultural Lighting Technical Requirements in effect at the time of application
  • All proposed products must have a Power Factor (PF) greater than or equal to 0.9 and total harmonic distortion (THD) less than or equal to 20% to qualify. DLC listed products not meeting LADWP's PF and THD requirements will not be eligible for rebate.
  • Must submit documentation to validate proposed products meet the program requirements listed above
