Encroachments
Any construction within 10’ feet of an LADWP’s easement, in LADWP’s easement or within 15’ feet of LADWP’s pole line will need a LADWP encroachment clearance.
Secondary Land Use – Licensing
LADWP offers opportunities to license or lease transmission line rights-of-way and other real properties for approved secondary land uses.
