An assessment of each unit will be performed by our trained technicians to assist in identifying the most appropriate and effective improvements for your tenant’s home. During the assessment, our technicians will identify the areas where cost-effective energy efficient upgrades and repairs should be made to improve the unit. The home report is then forwarded to our skilled repair technicians to complete the work. A quality assurance review is then made for each unit to ensure that the work has been performed properly.
